In response to the growing demand for our bespoke products, FORGEMAN is actively seeking partner companies and independent artisans to collaborate with us in production.Our projects span a wide range, from unique, one-of-a-kind gates and railings to large-scale architectural metalwork. We are not looking for mere subcontractors to simply follow drawings. We are looking for “Partners” who can combine their specialized technologies with FORGEMAN’s designs to create and deliver new value to the world.We welcome not only full-scale production but also collaboration on a “Parts Unit” basis. You do not need to undertake the entire process. We are looking for companies with specific skills and equipment, such as the following:
Production of Wrought Iron Decorative Parts
Creating forged parts such as scrolls, leaves, and spears, as well as adding textures through hammer work. We also have many requests for mass production, such as “producing 100 units of specific parts.”
Laser Cutting & Water Jet Processing
Cutting thick plates and processing precise design patterns. We especially welcome factories capable of short delivery times based on CAD data (DXF, etc.) supplied by us.
Supply of Products & Parts for Integration
o add modern convenience and safety to bespoke designs. We invite proposals from manufacturers and trading companies for functional parts such as auto-hinges for large gates, smart locks for security, high-function door closers, and handles that can be integrated into our products.

For companies that want to increase the operation rate of laser processing machines or presses, or effectively utilize free time on welding lines. Please utilize your proud equipment for our bespoke product creation. We accept not only full production but also requests for “parts units” or mass production consultation. Since FORGEMAN handles sales, please use us as a stable source of orders.
Individual Artisans & Freelancers (Outsourcing)
For freelance artisans who want to work at their own pace without belonging to an organization, or who want to be involved in particular one-of-a-kind items rather than mass-produced goods. We highly evaluate your “arm” (skill), such as producing forged parts by hammer work or on-site installation. Delivery by shipping is possible for remote locations. We seek the sensibility and skills of everyone from skilled veterans to young artisans who have just become independent.
Employment at FORGEMAN
For those who want to help grow the brand as a core member of FORGEMAN, rather than as an outsider. We are currently recruiting staff to work with us, including blacksmiths, designers, and construction managers. Experience is preferred, but inexperienced candidates are welcome if they have a “passion for iron.” We await entries from enthusiastic individuals who want to learn world-class craftsmanship up close and grow together.
